Our Home Improvement Loans make it simple to finance your home renovations, additions, or upgrades. These unsecured loans require no collateral and are repaid through regular monthly installments. Depending on your project, funding can be provided as a single payment or in stages, with each stage requiring your confirmation that the work is complete.

The details of your loan, including the interest rate, term length, and payment schedule, will be outlined clearly in your agreement. To finalize your loan, you may need to provide proof of income, proof of homeownership, and a copy of your sales contract. Once these requirements are met, we’ll guide you through the process to electronically sign your loan agreement.

Before funding begins, we’ll verify your loan details with you to ensure everything is accurate. Each time funds are requested, you’ll approve the transfer to your contractor. The loan officially begins once the first funds are approved and sent.
