2. Services

All Valley Fireplace provides installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fireplaces and related products. Availability may vary by location, season, and scheduling.

3. Quotes & Estimates

  • Quotes are based on information available at the time and may change if additional work or materials are required.

  • Unless otherwise specified, estimates are valid for 30 days.

4. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

  • Appointments are confirmed by our team after you submit a request.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and ensure safe access to the service area.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; missed appointments may incur a service fee.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on your invoice or work order. Payment is generally due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or returned payments may incur fees permitted by law.

6. Photos & Documentation

To verify work performed and for safety/compliance, you authorize us to take photographs or notes of your equipment/installation during service.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Written warranties, if any, will be provided for products or workmanship within the scope of service.

  • We are not responsible for pre‑existing conditions, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, or issues outside our control.

  • Except as expressly provided, services are provided “as is”.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Valley Fireplace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the use of our site or services.

9. Communications & E‑Signature Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service‑related calls, texts, and emails (confirmations, reminders, updates). Promotional messages require your opt‑in consent. Standard message/data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP to SMS or by using the unsubscribe link in emails.

By checking a box, typing your name, or clicking “Book a Service/Repair,” you agree that your electronic submission constitutes your signature and acceptance of these Terms.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt security or availability.

  • All content, logos, and materials are the property of All Valley Fireplace and may not be used without written consent.

  • Third‑party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, power outages, labor disputes, or supplier issues).
